Job Scope:

• Respond to customer enquiries and orders via email or phone regarding catering / logistics services.

• Prepare invoices, quotations, process orders, and generate delivery orders.

• Provide administrative support to the operations team in managing orders, client inquiries, and documentation.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

• Prepare reports on incoming/outgoing orders and stock inventory.

• Maintain and update customer databases, track orders, and monitor sales performance.

• Assist the manager with ad-hoc tasks as required.

Job Requirements:

• Relevant 1–2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in sales admin or catering/logistics service

• Entry-level candidates are welcome; training will be provided.

• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks.

• Customer-focused with good interpersonal skills.

• Good organizational skills and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
