Our client is seeking a Quantity Surveyor (AR/RC) to join their team!

What you'll be doing?
Quantity Analysis: Take off quantities and price for tenders and quotations, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness.
Contract Management: Execute general contract administration duties, maintaining smooth project operations.
Subcontractor Evaluation: Assess and compare subcontractors' quotations to ensure the best value for the project.
Budget Oversight: Prepare and monitor project budgets, contributing to effective financial management.
Documentation: Create subcontracting and purchase documents, maintaining clear records of all transactions.
Financial Tracking: Prepare and monitor progress claims and subcontractor payments, ensuring timely processing.
Reporting: Compile and update claims, costing, budget, and payment receipt reports on a monthly basis.
Who are they looking for?
Educational Background: Candidates with a Diploma in Civil Engineering, Building, or Quantity Surveying are encouraged to apply.
Industry Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience in the construction industry is preferred
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CCS PO/WO Module is required to effectively manage project data.
Cost Management: Basic knowledge of cost management and control techniques is essential for success in this role.
Negotiation Skills: Good negotiation skills are valuable for interacting with subcontractors and stakeholders.
Eligibility: Only open to Singaporeans
