Job Scope:

• Provide installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of company products and equipment.

• Conduct on-site servicing, user training, and demonstrations for customers.

• Manage spare parts and ensure sufficient stock levels.

• Troubleshoot faults and carry out preventive maintenance.

• Perform other ad-hoc technical support duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Nitec / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical/Electronic, or any Engineering related field.

• At least 1–2 years of experience in servicing, maintenance, or installation (preferably in cleaning equipment or home appliance systems).

• Must possess a valid Class 3 driving license.

• Basic knowledge of hands on in troubleshooting and repair work.
