We are looking for an Assistant Graphic Design Manager to join our creative team, under the eCommerce – New Brand department.

What you'll be doing:

• Manage the creative team’s day-to-day output, ensuring timely and quality deliverables.

• Support the adaptation and translation of new branding directions into clear creative guidelines.

• Oversee and guide the Singapore and Johor Bahru creative teams in both functional and people management.

• Contribute to creative strategy discussions and support implementation across projects.
  

What you need to succeed:

• Strong knowledge of graphic design, branding, and trend awareness (especially in home & interior).

• Solid project management and process management skills to handle multiple timelines and stakeholders.

• Experience in creative quality control, ensuring outputs meet brand standards.

• Familiarity with US creative styles and consumer preferences is a strong advantage.
