Import Executive (Entry) /& Executive (Client Management) @Alps Ave - #1111072

1. Executive (Import) /5.5 days(Mon-Fri,9am-5.30pm; Sat, 9am-1pm) @Alps Ave

• Handle call/email enquires & provide assistance to import shipments accounts.

• Coordinate with overseas on freight arrangement and shipment movement.

• Liaise with delivery team on shipment delivery to the customer on time.

• Review/verify shipping documents to be accurate before dispatching to the customer.

• Pre-check and monitor the billing flow to ensure the accuracy before submitting to the customer.

• ITE/Diploma with experience in freight forwarding. Entry are welcome to apply

• Able to support during weekends / public holiday / after office hours when necessary.

2. Senior Executive (Client Management) /Mon-Fri, 9am - 6.30pm @Alps Ave

• Act as contact person to support regional operations for electronics/electrical industry cliients

• Coordinate with Account Manager for the regional on operations matters and service performances

• Daily & monthly reporting (visibility & KPI), and support on Month-end (weekend) report

• Build good relationships with MNC customer & Internal stakeholders

• Perform claims administrative for both internal + external claims related.

• Generating reports, claims, insurance, etc. to meet business requirements of customers

• Support regional opportunities to expand business share to customers

• Diploma in Logistics or Supply Chain or equivalent

• Minimum 3 years in Warehousing & Distribution is preferred.
