Responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential clients through prospecting, networking, and lead generation.

• Maintain regular communication with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and explore upselling opportunities.

• Present and position IT solutions like servers, networking, virtualisation, and cybersecurity systems based on client needs.

• Collaborate with internal engineers to create customized proposals and deliver end-to-end solutions.

• Manage existing client accounts while actively pursuing new business opportunities.

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and develop long-term client relationships.

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field.

• Experience in IT sales, business development, or account management, with knowledge of IT infrastructure and enterprise solutions.
