What You need to do:
Serve as the primary point of contact for project-related inquiries, both internally and with clients.
Ensure all project documentation, including contracts and reports, is accurately maintained and updated
Provide admin support to the sales team, including preparing sales proposals, quotations, and presentations.
Process sales orders and invoices and coordinate with the finance team to ensure timely billing and payment.
Handle incoming sales inquiries and channel them to the appropriate sales representative.
What You need to have:
Diploma in Business Administration
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools
Strong communication skills with a proactive and positive approach
Ability to work independently in a fastpaced environment
Able to start immediately or short notice period preferred.
