This role plays a key part in maintaining the Club’s cleanliness and ambience, ensuring every corner feels welcoming and maintained for our members. From managing the towel counter and ensuring cleanliness throughout the facility, to greeting members with a warm smile and a positive attitude, your dedication helps uphold the high standards that make our Club a preferred destination for members.

Key Responsibilities

·        Issue bath towels for members’ use and update records.

·        Towel rental posting into the management system.

·        Ensure sufficient towels are ready for supply.

·        Ensure all stationery, amenities, and forms are in order and ready to use.

·        Manage and control the flow of towel usage (the procedure will be brief).

·        Control of application or withdrawal of locker rental.

·        Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of the towel counter.

·        Assist in inspecting the cleanliness standard level in the changing room and report to the immediate superior for further action.

·        Assist in checking and reporting all facility defects in the workstation for rectification.

·        Assist cleaning assistants to perform cleaning work when required.

·        Perform any other duties as required to support the efficient running of Housekeeping operations.

Requirements

·        At least two (2) years of relevant experience in a similar role.

·        Basic Microsoft 365 knowledge

·        Friendly and approachable with good communication skills.

·        Able to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

·        Demonstrate a pleasant personality with a positive work attitude.

·        Previous experience within the hotel or Club industry would be a plus.

·        Capable of efficiently managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
