Change Management Analyst
We are seeking a Change Management Analyst to join our dynamic Change Management team. Our team delivers services including Stakeholder Change Management, Digital Adoption Solutions, Culture and Workforce Transformation, Change Management PMO Establishment, and Capability Building — all aimed at aligning people and organizational capabilities with business strategy.

What You’ll Do
1. Support Change and People-Related Projects
Develop tailored change management strategies by analysing stakeholder impact and organizational needs.
Execute and monitor change initiatives, including change assessments, communications, stakeholder engagement, adoption tracking, and training enablement.
Assist in managing stakeholder expectations and buy-in across different levels of the organization.
2. Capability Building and Innovation
Support the development of new tools and capabilities that enhance our change management and adoption offerings (e.g., digital adoption platforms, people analytics).
Contribute to continuous improvement and innovation in how we deliver impactful change.
3. Pre-Sales and Proposal Support
Assist senior consultants in shaping and qualifying change-related opportunities.
Support the development of strategies, scopes of work, costings, and client proposals.
4. Process Improvement
Collaborate with the team to identify and implement process improvements — from streamlining workflows and adopting new tools, to proposing innovative approaches to work smarter and faster.
5. Knowledge Sharing
Share best practices in Change Management and related domains to help strengthen team capability and elevate our service delivery.
What We’re Looking For
Mandatory Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or Diploma with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
Excellent command of the English language — able to write clearly, concisely, and without grammatical errors.
Strong communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders.
Confident presenter with the ability to deliver impactful presentations.
Skilled in creating professional and visually engaging presentation decks or communications materials to enhance message delivery and stakeholder buy-in. A portfolio showcasing your work will be required during the interview.
Bonus:
Experience in video creation and editing will be an advantage.
