Field Service Representative :
As a Field Service Representative, you will perform maintenance and repairs on all simulation systems and their components for small- to medium-sized projects. In addition, managing the warehouse, coordinating material procurement, and generating accompanying documents for reporting purposes.
Tasks:
Maintenance and repair of complex simulation systems
Troubleshooting and fault rectification (electrical/mechanical) on complex systems at the customer's site
Repair of defective assemblies
Provision of services for PCs, networks, projectors, electrical systems, air cooling systems, and vehicle-specific operating components of the simulated device.
Documentation of services performed and creation of error logs
Planning and managing subcontractors to ensure maintenance and repairs are carried out on time and within budget.
Advising customers on system-related questions and maintenance/further development recommendations.
Support the In-Service-Support (ISS) manager in preparing ISS contracts.
Preparing and implementing customer training courses on operating and maintaining/servicing the system.
Requirements:
Professional requirements:
Mandatory
Attained Diploma or Higher ITEC qualification in an engineering field.
Good English skills (written and spoken).
Good knowledge of computer hardware and basic software skills (e.g., Windows, Linux, and network administration)
Experience in handling technical system documentation and electrical test equipment.
Possesses good technical understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.
Experience in maintenance or system integration in a similar industry
Optional
Trained electrician with authorization to work on electrical systems up to 400 V AC in accordance with applicable laws is preferred.
At least 3 years of working experience is desirable
Personal Requirements:
Ability to obtain the necessary security clearances for access to MINDEF classified information.
High level of intercultural competence and willingness to work in an international environment.
Ability to work independently and take the initiative, as well as a service-oriented approach.

Willingness to travel worldwide.
