As a Deputy Pharmacy Manager (Outpatient), you will be responsible for the following duties: 

• Ensure accurate dispensing, resolve prescription ambiguities, and supervise pharmacy staff in compliance with Good Dispensing Practice.

• Provide comprehensive counselling on medication use, side effects, interactions, and self-care to improve compliance.

• Advise doctors, healthcare professionals, and patients on drug therapies, OTC products, and health promotion.

• Oversee patient feedback handling, resolve complaints/dispensing errors, and ensure high service standards.

• Monitor patient progress, collaborate with healthcare teams, and optimize drug regimens for chronic conditions.

• Manage drug storage, inventory, audits, stock variances, and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.

• Train, mentor, and support pharmacy staff, students, and new hires, including developing training materials.

• Manage rostering, audits, KPIs, cash handling, and store housekeeping to ensure smooth daily operations.

• Drive retail sales performance, manage merchandising, and maintain a safe, welcoming pharmacy environment.

• Lead and develop team members, manage performance, resolve conflicts, and foster a positive workplace culture.

Requirements:

• Degree in Pharmacy

• Registered with Singapore Pharmacy Council and Form A license with Health Sciences Authority

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in clinical setting
