Overview
We are looking for a creative, organised, and resourceful Marketing & Communications Coordinator to support the internal and external communications efforts across our student care centres in Singapore.
This role involves preparing well-designed and parent-friendly newsletters, supporting staff engagement through company events, and coordinating with external vendors to produce branded marketing materials. The ideal candidate has a good eye for layout, strong writing skills, and a collaborative mindset suited to the education sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the planning and execution of marketing and communication initiatives across the organisation.
- Prepare and produce internal and external communication materials, including newsletters, notices, and other parent-facing content.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to support the development of branding and marketing collaterals.
- Assist in the organisation of company events and staff engagement activities.
- Contribute to content creation and basic design work for digital and print platforms.
- Manage timelines and schedules for communication and marketing-related tasks.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in marketing, communications, or content creation.
- Proficient in design tools such as Canva, Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, or equivalent.
- Strong written English and communication skills, with an eye for clarity and tone appropriate for parents.
- Able to manage multiple projects, vendors, and deadlines efficiently.
- Familiarity with the education or student care sector is a bonus.
- A team player who is proactive, creative, and detail-oriented.
