In-House Recruiter (Public Sector, Non-Sales) - #1106877

Location: Pasir Panjang
Duration: 11 months contract (renewable subject to your performance)
Salary: $4,600 to $6500 per month

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee the complete recruitment cycle which involves creating job listings, sourcing of candidates through all channels, conducting interviews and extending job offers

• Engage line managers and HRBPs to understand recruitment needs and establish talent pipelines for critical roles

• Provide counsel to stakeholders on all matters pertaining to recruitment

• Manage pre-boarding and onboarding processes to ensure good new hire experience

• Perform recruitment data analysis to support recruitment and market insights shared with line managers and HRBPs

Requirements

• Background in HR, Business Administration or any related discipline.

• Experience across multiple corporate or white-collar functions (e.g., HR, accounting, customer service, supply chain, administrative, operations, coordination roles).

• 5 years of relevant experience in recruitment – prior inhouse recruitment and/or public sector experience would be advantageous

• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to manage multiple workstreams concurrently.
