Customer Service Executive (Freight Forwarding) - #1110822

Responsibilities:

• Handles phone enquiry, email enquiry and ensure smooth running of daily operations
• Prepare quotation
• Arranging and Liaising of import/export shipments
• Handles basic accounting job like issuing of cheque, issuing invoices, data entry etc.
• Support basic adhoc admin duties

Requirements:

• At least Diploma and above
• Entry-level / no working experience are welcome to apply and training will be provided
• Preferably candidates with 1-3 years of working experience in similar field are welcome to apply
• MS office computer literate (Words & Excel)
• Pleasant personality with initiative, flexibility and great team spirit
• Able to handle multi-tasking and cope with a fast paced environment
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients and vendors)
• Prefer who can start work immediately
• Salary will be commensurate based on experience
