Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble, test, and service lithium battery packs and related components.
• Conduct diagnostic checks and troubleshoot issues in electrical and battery systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance and safety.
• Document test results, service reports, and quality checks accurately.
• Work closely with engineers and production teams to support product development and improvement.
• Follow strict safety procedures and environmental regulations when handling batteries.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Certificate in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related field.
• Hands-on experience in battery systems, electrical maintenance, or similar roles preferred.
• Strong technical knowledge of lithium-ion battery systems and safety practices.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and use diagnostic tools.
• Detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and proactive problem solver.
• Team player with good communication skills.
