Our client, a well-known company is looking for candidates for the position of Accounts cum HR Executive.

RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Manage full sets of accounts, accounting documents and reports

• Prepare financial statements and reports

• Participate in audits and prepare audit schedules

• Perform monthly payroll, CPF submission, tax filings, and insurance-related matters

• Manage cash flow

• Stay updated on accounting, tax, and labor laws, and appropriately integrate changes into company operations

• Other ad-hoc tasks will be assigned from time to time

REQUIREMENTS 

• Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or related field

• Experience in Accounts, Admin, HR or related field

• Familiarity with Singapore accounting standards, CPF regulations

• Experience in using SAP
