Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description:

• Primary responsibilities include workers management which comprises of worker job performance, attendance and discipline

• Maintain effective command and control of foreign workers deployed to clients' worksites

• Recommend and execute appropriate discipline actions for non-performing foreign workers

• Responsible for the execution of discipline house rules for foreign workers

• Manage workers daily worksite attendance including worksite performance issues, unauthorized absence from work and medical reporting jointly with Site Management Unit

• Manage new arrival workers performance review jointly with Workers Recruitment Department

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Nitec/ “N” levels. B.C.S.S is preferred.

• At least 1 year of working experience in build environment and management of construction workers

• Possess driving licence (Min Class 2B) with own transportation

• Basic Microsoft Office proficiency

• Able to understand and resolve worksite matters, taking into account MOM regulations pertaining to foreign workers.

• Able to perform shift work and on weekends when needed.
