Production Planner
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with Business Development team on the incoming orders and ensure order instructions are clear
Calculate and raise the required paper volume upon receiving Job Orders
Schedule printing jobs received to the master schedule
Control and Maintain records of all printed samples, with all technical specifications clearly stated in an orderly manner
Ensure timely distribution of daily reports, when needed
Coordinate and update job sheets for production planning
Update Amendment Request from Business Development Department
Coordinate with Materials Planner on special ink and materials request
Schedule production plan according to machine availability and delivery date requirement
Monitor and feedback to Business Development on job status
Requirements:
Diploma in Business Administration with at least 1 year of experience in a fast pace manufacturing environment
Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications
Knowledge of Offset Printing and Offset Binding processes will be an advantage
Proficiency in Material Requirement Planning (MRP) and related software
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Effective communication skills
