Duties & Responsibilities:
To ensure all weapon safety drills for the firer(s) that are assigned are executed in accordance with the established drill
Comply with range conduct procedures and Range Standing Order
Comply with all security procedures
Ensure that all ranges are conducted in accordance to the established procedures as follows:
o Conduct break arm check upon arrival of firers
o Assist firers for in-processing
o Assist Chief Safety Officer in conduct of JIT
o Perform detailing IC duty
o Perform AAR IC duty
o Ensure the smooth and safe conduct of range
o Ensure firers complete the soldier satisfaction survey
Adopt and practice safety culture in MMRC
Undertake other duties as assign by immediate supervisor
Requirements:
Military veterans (active duty/retired) with a minimum rank of Third Sergeant (3SG) and above
Proven experience in military weapon technical handling, authorised operating materials (AOM) and military safety management is a must
