Supply Chain Coordinator - #1109799

Basic information:

• Location: East region

• Salary UP $2600 + Bonus

• Working hours: Mon- Fri 830am to 530pm / 8:30pm to 5:30am -- Monthly rotating shift

Job scope:

1. Handle shipment documents, verify customer shipping requirements, and ensure accurate sales orders and billing in the ERP system.

2. Update records in Excel/SMS and communicate information to the operations team.

3. Manage ERP tasks including purchase requests, receipts, stock transfers, and cycle count updates.

4. Coordinate with customers and internal teams to meet order requirements.

5. Support supervisors/managers with ad-hoc tasks as needed.
