Salary range $2800-$3500 (Based on experience)
5 days (Includes weekends)
8.30am to 5pmTransportation pick up and drop off at Chinese Garden MRT

Responsibilities
Respond promptly to and follow up on technical training enquiries.
Manage front-end course administration tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
Oversee the online registration gateway to ensure smooth user experience.
Handle and monitor ad-hoc and urgent training requests.
Generate regular reports to support training performance management.
Periodically update marketing materials and collaterals.
Support the Operations team in course delivery matters.
Assist with marketing and outreach programmers, including events, seminars and career roadshows aimed at enhancing the image of the Training Centre and increasing course demand.
Requirements
Minimum Diploma studies
Good knowledge of WSQ Training Framework & TMS System
