• Working hours: 8.30am – 5.30pm

Job Responsibilities:

• Work with sales and clients to understand and confirm security system requirements.

•  Finalize security system designs (CCTV, access control, etc.) before implementation.

•  Develop project plans including schedules, budgets, and resource needs.

•  Coordinate with Project Managers on contractor allocation and material procurement.

•  Supervise installation of security systems to meet industry and client standards.

•  Ensure proper integration of various security components.

•  Conduct system testing and resolve technical issues during handover.

•  Provide technical support and documentation to service and operations teams.

•  Prepare project documentation including design and installation records.

•  Deliver training and create system training materials for clients and internal staff.

•  Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulations, and best practices.

•  Stay updated on new security technologies and industry developments.

•  Collaborate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams for smooth execution.

•  Monitor project progress and make adjustments to meet deadlines and budget.

•  Perform quality checks and ensure adherence to ISO45001 safety standards.

Job Requirements:

• Possess Higher Nitec and/or Diploma in Electronics and/or Electrical Engineering or relevant field.

• Possess minimum 1-2 years’ experience in site supervision and coordination with main contractors, and subcontractors.
