Remuneration: Basic up to $3,800 + $14/night Night Shift Allowance + Annual Wage Supplement + Variable Bonus
Working Hours:

• Probation: Mon - Fri, 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM

• After Probation: Rotating Shifts every 2 weeks:
    • Day: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM
    • Night: 7:30 PM – 5:00 AM

About the Role:
We’re on the lookout for a skilled CNC Maintenance Technician to keep our machines running smoothly! Your role is vital in performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting mechanical & electrical issues, and minimizing downtime. Safety and teamwork are our top priorities.

What You'll Do:

• Conduct regular inspections & preventive maintenance on CNC machines

• Diagnose mechanical, electrical & technical issues

• Repair or replace faulty components to keep machines running smoothly

• Perform routine upkeep: lubricating, greasing & cleaning

• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities

• Work closely with the team & provide support when needed

• Follow strict safety guidelines at all times

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum NITEC or equivalent qualification

• Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role

• Strong technical skills in mechanics, electrical systems & automation

• Confident troubleshooting & problem-solving abilities

• Ability to work independently & in a team

• Willingness to work rotating shifts

• Basic computer skills for maintenance records

• Effective communication skills
