Job Description

• Position: Sales Coordinator / Admin  

• Well Established Singapore Based Metal Testing Laboratory MNC

• Working Hours: Monday - Friday (9:00am – 6:00pm)

• Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $3,200 Performance Bonus

• Working Location: Pioneer

• Family Care Leave Provided

• Industry: Metal Testing Laboratory    

Main Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer sales inquiries promptly, ensuring their needs are met efficiently.

• Process sales quotations, orders, delivery orders, billing and other sales-related documents, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

• Manage customer Purchase Orders and customer accounts within the ERP system.

• Proactively monitor pending orders and provide status updates to the Sales Manager.

• Follow up with customers and engineering departments regarding client requests and variation orders.

• Generate and release final test reports to customers.

• Maintain strong customer relationships and deliver exceptional service.

• Assist Sales Manager on generating sales reports and analysis and contribute to streamline the processes.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Business Administration or relevant discipline.

• At least 1 year of experience as Sales Coordinator or Customer Service.

• Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced working environment.

• Strong multi-tasking, prioritization, and time management skills.

• Good knowledge in ERP system and Microsoft Office Application.
