• Location: North

• Salary up to $3000 + OT + Variable Bonus

• Industry: General Contractor Building Construction (Commercial)

Responsibilities:

• Define and outline business project objectives clearly to ensure alignment with company goals.

• Participate in project meetings and propose adjustments when necessary.

• Manage project budgets effectively, implementing cost-saving measures where possible.

• Monitor project progress and quality consistently to ensure standards are met.

• Communicate with clients to refine and align project objectives throughout the project lifecycle.

• Negotiate with contractors and suppliers to support project requirements.

• Coordinate project team members to maintain workflow and ensure timely delivery.

• Perform other duties as assigned to support project success.

Key Requirements:

• Relevant experience in handling migrant worker/construction worker will have added advantage
