Handle a portfolio of corporate secretarial matters for Singapore-incorporated companies.
Assist with client HR matters, such as applying for work passes, setting up CorpPass accounts, etc..
Coordinate and oversee administrative activities for overseas branch offices, including arranging document signings, liaising with clients, and monitoring the progress of assigned tasks to ensure timely completion.
General administrative work including filing (both digital and physical), typing and any other admin work.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
Good communication, people skills and able to work in a team.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Good command of spoken and written English and mandarin to liaise with clients and respective associates.
Meticulous and able to work independently to meet deadlines.
