• Position : Logistics / Shipping Admin – Mandai – Up to $3,500

• Location : Mandai Estate (ONLY 5 minutes’ walk to nearest Bus stop)

• Working hours : 5 Days Work Week – Monday to Friday: 8.30AM to 6.00PM

• Salary : Up to $3,500 + AWS + Variable bonus + 10 days Annual leave

• Duration : Perm

• Industry : Logistics

Responsibilities:

• Prepare export documentation

• Processing of import & export documents (invoice, bill of ladings, packing list, certificate of origin, certificate of analysis, insurance and etc.)

• Co-ordination with shipping line, consolidator, trucking company and Transport Company

• Handle documents and coordination to ensure smooth shipment and timely collection of cargo

• Handle Customs Permit Declaration

• Knowledge in Customs Export Cargo Declaration and IncoTerms

• Liaising with forwarders and overseas agents with regards to incoming / outgoing shipments

• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements:

• Previous experience in handling import & export permit, and bill of lading

• Proficient in Microsoft Office

• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only
