• Doing Tender and based in HQ office

Responsibilities:

• Responsible to oversee specific suppliers contract administration

• Taking off quantities for tenders or site projects.

• Taking BQ for tender submission.

• Ensuring tender submission is on time.

• Sourcing quotation from subcon and supplier

• Preparation of material quantities to be delivered to the site

Requirement:

• At least 2 years of quantity Surveyor experience in M&E

• MUST BE Proficient in Chinese to coordinate with chinese speaking counterparts
