As a Senior Staff Nurse (Mental Health), you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Develops and implements individualized nursing care plans in accordance with patient needs, physician directions, and institutional guidelines.

• Provides patient and family education while offering emotional support throughout the care process.

• Ensures a safe, clean, and healing environment is maintained for all patients.

• Guides, supports, and supervises junior and newly inducted nursing staff to foster a cohesive and effective nursing team.

• Carries out any additional responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements:

• Possess a Diploma or Degree in Nursing

• Possess an Advanced Diploma in Nursing (Mental Health) advantageous.

• Valid registration with Singapore Nursing Board (SNB).
