Job description

• Follow instruction given by Supervisor in preparation, cooking and distribution of Patient's and staff's meals

• Follow instruction given by dietician in preparation of special diet.

• Ensure Kitchen maintain in high standard of cleanliness and hygiene at all times.

Requirements

• Experience in cooking for around 500 pax

• Able to write and understand simple English

• 5.5-day work week; must be willing to work on weekends and public holidays (off day on a weekday).
