Responsibilities:
Frosting:
Ensure all cakes are frosted according to the company's Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
Collaborate effectively with team members to complete all production orders in a timely manner.
Measure, weigh, and prepare ingredients accurately for daily baking operations.
Perform cake icing and decoration tasks with precision and creativity.
Operate baking machinery, equipment, and tools safely and efficiently.
Handle and store all ingredients properly, following strict sanitation and health regulations.
Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic workstation at all times.
Perform any additional duties as assigned by the Head Chef.
Requirement:
Candidate with baking / frosting cake experience are welcome to apply.
