Responsibilities:

ERP Support (UAT & Implementation):

• Perform UAT (User Acceptance Test) and parallel run for Enterprise Resource Planning in new system
• Checking accounting financial system baseline data before switching to a new ERP system.
• Coordinating data entry & UAT with sales, purchasing, supply chain and operations.
• Record keeping
• Attending to auditor's queries with supporting documents.
• Assessing and improving administrative processes.
• Training and developing team members once the new ERP is implemented.

Supply Chain Operations Support:

• Coordinate post-sales activities including processing order placements from internal sales teams
• Arrange inventory dispatch or initiate purchase orders with external vendors
• Coordinate delivery schedules and logistics to ensure timely order fulfilment
• Provide documentation and support to internal and external stakeholders, including auditors
• Maintain organized records for order processing, transactions, and system documentation
• (Good to have) Understand basic industrial bookkeeping and how transactional data impacts financial indicators
• Any ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in Supply chain administration, operations, or ERP-related support roles
• Strong organizational, communication, Leadership and supervisory, Problem-solving, Time management skills.
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools.
• Previous experience working in an industrial setting is advantageous
• Experience in ERP implementation, industrial record keeping, or basic accounting/finance understanding is advantageous
