Responsibilities
Data Governance & Compliance: Support the development and implementation of data governance and compliance processes, and provide guidance on related queries and policy adherence.
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to implement and communicate new compliance and access policies effectively.
Request Evaluation: Review and evaluate research and non-research data access requests to ensure alignment with NUHS policies.
User Access Governance: Assist in reviewing IT procedures, implementing access controls, managing system access requests, and maintaining the Role-Based Access Matrix.
IT Audit Management: Contribute to IT audit planning, execution, and follow-up on control issues with stakeholders to ensure timely resolution.
Project Support: Assist in ad-hoc tasks such as investigations, training, and development of IT and compliance-related policies and procedures.)
Requirement:
Bachelor Degree from a recognized institute
At least 1-2 years of working experience
Prior experience in IT management, healthcare, business analysis will be added advantages
Inquisitive, meticulous and process good logical, analytical and process flow skills
Possess good knowledge in Microsoft Excel
