About the role
Join A-Sonic Logistics Pte Ltd as a Business Development & Customer Service Manager, and play a pivotal role in driving the company's growth and client relationships within the East Region. As a full-time role, you will be responsible for expanding the business through new client acquisition and ensuring exceptional customer service to our existing client base.
What you'll be doing
Manage and nurture existing client relationships to maximise account growth and retention
Provide outstanding customer service and be the primary point of contact for clients
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless service delivery for clients
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new revenue streams
What we're looking for
Proven track record in business development, account management or customer service within the logistics industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with clients
Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities to handle client requests and resolve issues
Familiarity with industry regulations, standards, and best practices
Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve set targets
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software
