About the role

Join A-Sonic Logistics Pte Ltd as a Business Development & Customer Service Manager, and play a pivotal role in driving the company's growth and client relationships within the East Region. As a full-time role, you will be responsible for expanding the business through new client acquisition and ensuring exceptional customer service to our existing client base.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage and nurture existing client relationships to maximise account growth and retention

  • Provide outstanding customer service and be the primary point of contact for clients

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless service delivery for clients

  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new revenue streams

What we're looking for

  • Proven track record in business development, account management or customer service within the logistics industry

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with clients

  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities to handle client requests and resolve issues

  • Familiarity with industry regulations, standards, and best practices

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve set targets

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software
