The Assistant Manager, Training and Quality Assurance supports in planning, implementing, and overseeing training programs for allied health professionals (e.g., radiographers, medical laboratory technologists). The role also manages clinical education events, student attachments, and quality assurance processes to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and track training programs, CME hours, competency assessments, and staff learning initiatives.
Manage student attachments, supervisor assessments, and training for new radiographers and AHPs under regulatory frameworks.
Support licensing applications, coordinate audits, maintain QA/QC documentation, prepare reports, and drive process improvements.
Carry out any other tasks assigned by the Reporting Officer.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in healthcare management, business administration, or related field
3–5 years’ experience in healthcare training and quality assurance
Knowledge of radiography and allied health, especially medical laboratory technology
Familiarity with healthcare regulations and accreditation standards
