Assess Build Environment Sector (Facilities Management) trends, key industry issues and competitive intelligence
Develop strong industry networks across clients, vendors, partners and institutions
Identify strategic business partners who contribute to organisational strategies and objectives
Identity and evaluate supply and demand for the organisation's products and services
Create and manage portfolio of products and services for the Build Environment Sector (Facilities Management)
Drive financial performance
Drive sales & marketing plans for offerings to the Build Environment Sector (Facilities Management)
Lead the development of external funding applications
Establish and manage stakeholders & partners to support the creation and delivery of LHUB programmes/ Projects
Perform risk management to minimize potential risks and report and escalate to management as needed
Handle projects including Lean and manage a team and third parties/ vendors for the flawless execution of projects
Assess and manage vendor performance
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Work with internal partners, including teams from Training Management, Learning Solutioning, Skills & Jobs Advisory, Education & Certification, Sales, Marketing, Brands and Operations.
Requirements:
Possess ACTA/ ACLP / DACE/ DDDLP Qualification (mandatory requirement).
Degree or the equivalent in Business Innovation & Management or other disciplines with at least 5 years of relevant working experience in the Build Environment Sector (Facilities Management)
At least 1 year of Project Management experience. (Preferably in Government projects)
At least 1 year of Learning and Development experience.
Knowledge of L&D consultation and TNA function will be an advantage
Knowledge of competitive analysis, market research and product management
Analytical skills for problem solving and decision making.
Competency in using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Team, SharePoint) including report writing and presentation.
Good time management skills and strong organizational skills including attention to detail and ability to multitask
Customer focused, with a service excellence mindset.
Possess strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
Good team player with a willingness to learn.
Ability to work independently and under pressure.
