The role of Procurement Executive is to develop and implement procurement strategies to ensure the operations needs are fulfilled taking into account of price, quality and delivery and ensure continuity of supply.
Key Responsibilities:
To source and evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, reliability and delivery speed.
To negotiate contracts, terms and pricing with suppliers to achieve cost savings and favorable terms.
Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, supplier offerings and pricing fluctuations.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand procurement needs and requirements.
Process purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of goods to meet operational demands.
Monitor inventory levels and manage inventory control to optimize stock levels and minimize wastage.
Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, contracts and supplier information.
Resolve any issues or disputes with suppliers regarding quality, delivery or invoicing.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procurement procedures and regulatory.
Provide administrative support such as handling correspondence, assisting with data entry and generating reports.
Requirements:
Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or equivalent.
At least 1 year relevant working experience (or relevant internship experience) in procurement, sourcing, supply chain management in retail or F&B industry.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to build and maintain relationship with suppliers.
Effectively bilingual with good communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
A team player and work collaboratively in fast-paced environment.
