The Marketing Executive will play a key role in driving brand growth and customer engagement for our skincare line. This role involves planning and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns across e-commerce, social media, digital advertising, public relations, CRM, and events. The ideal candidate is a creative, data-driven professional with a passion for beauty and wellness who can effectively communicate the brand’s story, enhance customer experience, and support sales objectives. Working closely with cross-functional teams, the Marketing Executive will help elevate brand presence, build strong consumer relationships, and maximize ROI on marketing initiatives.
Creative Design
Conceptualize and create visually appealing designs for various marketing materials – brochures, flyers, banners, social media graphics, eDMs and website elements
Collaborate with marketers, and other team members to brainstorm ideas and develop creative concepts that effectively communicate the desired message and resonate with the target audience. Able to meet project objectives and deadlines
Conduct thorough quality checks on all designs to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines
Work closely with the marketing team to develop and maintain brand identities across all marketing materials
Ensure consistency in branding elements, including logos, colours, typography, and imagery
Simple video production and editing
Visual Merchandizing
Design and implement a creative visual merchandising strategy to promote the image, products and services of business, in alignment with the brand’s guidelines.
Create appealing and eye-catching visual displays that lead the customer through the entire store, in alignment with the brand’s guidelines.
Produce window display, signs, interior displays, promotional displays, according to brand guidelines and with approval from marketing manager
Ensure stocks presentation in the store and in the windows are according to brand guidelines
Plan and design of stores’ floor plans including space utilisation
Communicate and inform the store team about upcoming activities and campaigns including new launches
Change/update display to promote new product launches and reflect festive themes
Liaise with suppliers and source elements including lighting, props and accessories
Oversee the production of displays, including installing and dismantling of display at stores
Order, handle and organise display materials
Produce design display, stands and panels for exhibitions/roadshows/events, including point-of-sale
Work within allocated budgets provided by the Marketing department
Requirements:
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, After Effects), Capcut, Microsoft Office, and other relevant software
Experience in photography and videography is highly desirable
Strong communication skills with fluency in English
Positive attitude, excellent interpersonal skills, and a passion for fashion
Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills
Self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Other Information:
5 days’ work week, Mon to Fri, 9.00am to 6.00pm
Office directly connected to Paya Lebar MRT (Paya Lebar Square Office Tower)
