Accounts Executive (Accounting Firm) - #1102471

• Salary Range: Basic $4000 - $4500 + Performance Bonus (Up to 3 months)

• Established Accounting Firm

• Working Location: East area

• Working hours: Mon - Fri 9am - 6pm

Your Role, Your Influence:

• Assist with the bookkeeping function

• Handle full set of accounts

• Preparation of bank reconciliations

• Handle monthly and yearly closings

• Prepare necessary schedules for audit purposes

• Preparation of quarterly GST submissions

• Preparation of company tax and Financial Statements

• Preparation of employee payroll and CPF submissions, IR8A submissions

The Ingredients for Success:

• Bachelor Degree in Accounting and with min 3 years of relevant working experiences

• Working knowledge of full set of accounting processes

• Familar with Quickbook, Xero & MYOP software
