Location: East

Working Hours: Mon – Fri, Office hours

Duration: 1 year contract (subject to extension or conversion)

Salary: Up to $4,800 per month (depending on experience)

Job Description:

• To provide Maintenance Support (Preventive and Corrective) of ATC Voice Communication Systems at customer sites

• Coordination and supervision of Preventive/Corrective Maintenance activities for various systems.

• Prepare and update QA, RA and Systems Monthly Reports, etc.

• Support the Level 1 Shift Team to meet customer Service Level Agreement.

• Support Ad-hoc Service Requests.

• Able to attend to Preventive/Corrective Maintenance activities scheduled at wee hours and perform Level 2 on-call standby duty when rostered.

• On-the job training would be provided

 Requirements:

• Minimally Diploma with at least 1 year of relevant experience.

• Comfortable to be on standby and activated at wee hours.

• Proficient in Vmware, Voice & Data Communication Systems and VHF Radio Communication Systems, System Installation, Integration Testing and Troubleshooting
