• Liaised between users and offshore dev team.

• Gathered and validated user requirements.

• Coordinated development and testing.

• Tracked task progress and deliverables.

• Led user acceptance testing (UAT) and supported go-live.

• Provided first-level user support.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• Previous experience in a similar role such as system implementation, project coordination, or business analysis.
