As a Telesales Executive in our team, you will play a key role in driving client acquisition and supporting sales growth. You will engage potential clients over the phone, qualify leads, schedule consultations, and provide sales support to ensure a seamless client experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to introduce products and services to prospective clients
Qualify leads, capture key client information, and arrange meetings
Support the sales process by preparing materials, follow-up communications, and documentation
Track and update lead and client information in the CRM system
Assist in post-meeting coordination, including paperwork and service requests
Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery
Work towards monthly KPIs and contribute to overall team sales targets
