Working Hours:
Mon – Fri: 7:00AM – 4:00PM
Sat: 7:00AM – 4:00PM (6 Days Work Week)

Job Summary:

Are you a hands-on leader ready to drive bore piling operations on-site? We’re looking for a Site Supervisor to oversee daily works, coordinate with clients, manage resources, and uphold strict safety standards. If you thrive working outdoors and enjoy leading teams to meet project goals safely and efficiently, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with clients & stakeholders

• Deliver daily project productivity targets

• Plan rig movement, staffing & material logistics

• Approve resource changes with PM

• Verify materials & equipment deliveries

• Record manpower & equipment hours accurately

• Maintain equipment & respond to breakdowns

• Enforce HSEQ compliance & conduct safety talks

• Ensure safe working platforms on-site

• Provide performance feedback & enforce HR policies

• Work onsite in all weather conditions

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level or equivalent

• Relevant safety certifications (WSH, Work-at-Height, Safety Coordinator)

• Valid trade certificates (Forklift, Excavator, Wheel-loader, Boom Lift)

• Registered Earthworks Supervisor certification

• Minimum 5 years construction experience, with ground improvement experience preferred

• Proficient in Email, WhatsApp & SharePoint

• Strong supervisory & communication skills

• Proactive, independent & cost-conscious mindset
