• Basic Salary: Up to $10,000/month

• Transport Allowance + Variable Bonus

• Location: Boon Lay

• Working Hours:

  • Mon–Fri: 8:30AM – 5:30PM

  • Sat: 8:30AM – 12:30PM (5.5-day work week)

We’re on the lookout for a Project Manager (Geotechnical) to take the lead on large-scale geotechnical construction projects! You'll manage site operations, resources, and ensure timely delivery while upholding high safety and compliance standards. This role is perfect for someone with strong leadership skills and a solid foundation in geotechnical engineering who’s not afraid of getting hands-on at site.

• Ensure project delivery within timeframe & budget

• Coordinate with clients, consultants & stakeholders

• Lead site operations and manpower planning

• Monitor project progress and financials

• Submit progress claims and manage payments

• Oversee procurement & contract compliance

• Identify and mitigate potential risks

• Promote and implement HSEQ programs

• Mentor and guide the project team

• Ensure adherence to HR & company policies

• Degree in Civil / Geotechnical Engineering

• 5–10 years' experience in geotechnical projects

• Ground improvement experience a plus

• Familiarity with construction law/contracts

• Valid Safety Course for PMs or WSH supervision cert

• Proficient in MS Office tools

• Strong industry network & stakeholder management

• Must own a car & willing to travel to site

• Comfortable working outdoors on active job sites
