RESPONSIBILITIES
· Achieve Company’s sales objectives.
· Compile information on customers’ complaints and feedback.
· Provide prompt responses to incoming email and phone enquiries.
· Maintain and develop relationships with existing and potential customers.
· Ensure you possess good knowledge of Company’s products and industry standards.
QUALIFICATIONS
· At least 3 years of sales or business development experience in F&B/ Catering/ Hospitality
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and able to work with all levels of staff.
· Positive, confident, and determined approach.
· Resilience and a high degree of self-motivation
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· A good level of numeracy.
· Customer-focused with good track record.
· Flexible with good prioritization of tasks.
· Any other tasks as and when assigned by Management.
