What You’ll Do

Reporting to the Senior BD Manager / Country GM, you'll be a key driver of business growth, focusing on sales, strategic bids, and building long-term client partnerships.

Your key responsibilities include:

• Identify & win new clients and projects to hit sales targets

• Conduct market research & intelligence to grow your network

• Oversee bid proposals & act as Bid Manager for large-scale tenders

• Lead client negotiations on bids, contracts & commercials

• Stay ahead of industry trends and competitive developments

• Collaborate with internal teams for smooth project execution

• Coach & mentor junior BD & tender team members

• Uphold and promote the company’s brand and image

What You Bring

Bachelor’s or Master’s in Civil, Geotechnical, Safety, or related Engineering
8–12 years of relevant experience in construction / geotechnical field
Experience in ground improvement works (bonus!)
Strong geotechnical design knowledge & ability to lead technical solutions
Skilled in Microsoft Office & Office 365
Solid understanding of commercial, contractual, and business standards
