Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the training, on-site installation, commissioning and maintenance of mechanical equipment at customers’ sites

• Perform troubleshooting on mechanical equipment

• Follow work schedule to specified standards and procedures and maintain all relevant written records as applicable

• Conduct training for customers’ engineers and technicians

• Provide after sales technical field service of the equipment

• Assess customer's needs and suggest appropriate equipment and response to customer enquiries.

• Any other tasks as assigned by management

Requirements:

• Fresh graduated from Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related Engineering Field

• Customer-orientated and technically incline

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Responsible, Positive Attitude and able to work well as a team

• Possess good initiative towards task given

• Willing to travel overseas for work supports and training

• Able to work on weekend / overtime if required.
