Review, draft, and implement HR policies to ensure legal compliance and process efficiency.
Automation of HR processes
Requirements:
A degree in Human Resource Management or Business Management.
Solid understanding of HR practices and local employment laws.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple HR functions with a strategic and hands-on approach.
