Basic Salary : $4500 - $5000 (Depends On Experience) + VB

Mon -Fri / 8am - 5.30pm

Working Location : Loyang

Well Established Manufacturing Company

Hands-on experience on Process Failure Mode Effects Analysis (PFMEA), Process Validation

Your Role, Your Influence:

• Develop manufacturing processes for new products, equipment, and production setups

• Prepare and release technical documentation, including BOM, work instructions, and route cards

• Conduct training for production operators and shopfloor staff

• Provide technical support to troubleshoot and resolve process, equipment, and part-related issues

• Implement engineering changes to support process improvements, non-conformance resolution (NCR), CAPA, and customer complaint handling

• Lead Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (pFMEA) activities and perform equipment qualification and process validation

• Prepare and maintain reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing process and product data

• Participate in product transfer activities and support new project introductions
  

Requirement:

• Min 2-3 years of relevant working experience in a Manufacturing Environment

• Min Diploma in Facility Engineering or Project Management or other related field

• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, Kanban or 5S is a plus
