Regional IT Manager - #1107264

Responsibilities

1. Plan and oversee the installation and maintenance of computer systems, hardware, and networks;

2. Develop and implement policies related to network security, disaster recovery, and IT infrastructure;

3. Analyze resource utilization and develop strategies to optimize performance;

4. Establish, measure, and define IT goals and maintain an IT roadmap;

5. Monitor and analyze the success of IT initiatives and projects and continually develop and evaluate new technologies and tools for the company;

6. Direct the activities of the help desk to ensure the IT needs of users are met;

7. Manage development projects to integrate new technologies into existing systems;

8. Perform ongoing support and maintenance of all hardware, software, and network components;

9. Establish a security policy to protect company information and resources.

10. Regional duties for ASEAN:

• Employee IT training

• Conduct annual checks on penetration rate

• Backup plans for business data managed in the cloud

• Access control for business data in the cloud

• Establish failure reporting system

• Regularly update SSIDs for employees and visitors.

• Preparation of IT policy or information security guidance

Requirement

• Degree/Diploma in IT, Computer Science or equivalent

• At least 5 years of work experience in IT Management

• Strong teamwork and communication skills

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills 

• Knowledge of industry-standard computer hardware and software systems; Windows and MacOS

• Knowledge on general cyber security requirements

• Experience with network administration (Cisco certification a plus) 

• Experience managing on-premises servers and Microsoft 365

• Familiarity with software platforms including Microsoft 365 (e.g., Business Central, SharePoint, Power BI), and Azure Cloud
